Overview
Marea is a seafood and tapas Spanish restaurant located in San Diego. Inspired by the maritime heritage shared between Spain and California, Marea provides a unique opportunity for those who enjoy sharing delicious seafood with family and friends in a relaxed environment.
Approach
I used the sea as the connection point between San Diego and Spain, taking inspiration from a coastline sunset for the vivid branding colors. For the logo, I reflected the meaning of the restaurant name (tide in Spanish), with a typographic transformation imitating the movement of sea waves.
